What is your exchange policy for online purchases?
We at Enaarah offer a complimentary exchange policy and are pleased to exchange your purchase that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 48 hours from the date of delivery, for a different size or style.

What is your return policy for online purchases?
At Enaarah, each piece is handcrafted with care and inspected thoroughly before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
We encourage you to review product details carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our care team within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
